Candy Wraps & More! works hard to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied, from your first
contact with us to the delivery of your final product. In order to meet this goal, we have outlined a list of
our terms and conditions of each and every sale.

Designing your wrap:
Candy Wraps & More! has been working hard to provide designs that are trendy and fun, while still
maintaining our catalog of traditional designs. Should you not see what you are looking for, please
email us and we will create a custom design for you at no additional charge.
Once your wrapper has been designed, you will be sent a FINAL proof. You are requested to check all
spelling, grammar, dates and photos for accuracy. Once we have received your approval, there can be
no changes. Should there be any errors that were NOT noticed when your approval was sent to you
Candy Wraps & More! will NOT be held liable. There will be no price adjustment or refund given after
you have given your approval on your proof. There will be NO exceptions to this.
Proof Images:
Your images may vary slightly in color due to monitor settings. If you would prefer a printed wrapper as
your proof, please allow time for mailing. We will not be held responsible for the delivery times of the
USPS.
RUSH orders: Although we try our best not to impose RUSH order fees, it has become necessary. For
any order placed less than 10 days prior to delivery date there will be a $20.00 rush fee included in your
invoicing.
Delivery: We often deliver our own products to help you avoid delivery fees. Should you live within a 25
mile area of Amityville, NY, we will deliver your product to you at your convenience and for no additional
charge. All other orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you
for your convenience. We strongly encourage you to opt for shipping insurance. We will only ship within
the lower 48 states~ sorry.
During warm months, should you want chocolate bars, your order will be shipped with ice packs.
Please be home to receive your package. Once we have taken all precautions for a safe delivery, we will
not be responsible for your not picking up your package.
Payment: Payment can be made in 3 ways. Cash, check or paypal. Please note: We collect NYS sales
tax. Please do not ask us to bend the rule. We won't. Sales tax is collected on all orders regardless of
form of payment. Orders paid by check will not be processed until your check has cleared. Please allow
time for this when placing your order. Should your check be returned for insufficient funds my bank fees
will be included in final invoicing, not to exceed $25.00.
Final print and shipping information: NO ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT RECEIPT OF
PAYMENT. PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR EXCEPTIONS. THERE ARE NONE!
Candy Wraps & More! considers your privacy very important. We will never sell your information
including but not limited to your email address, your phone number or your mailing address.
To insure further protection for each and every customer, we use paypal, which means we never get
access to your credit card.
